New England clam chowder, chargrilled soughdough and samphire 









Flat Iron (GF) 

Chargrilled 8oz Flat Iron, confit garlic, bone marrow and garlic butter. Served with truffle and parmesan fries and chopped salad with blue cheese dressing. 

Roasted Monkfish 

Coconut shellfish bisque, chilli pork gow gee dumplings, coconut rice

Pan Roasted Cod

Pine nut crusted, cannelloni bean, chorizo squid, lemon and thyme cassoulet and tender stem broccoli. 

Blade of Beef (GF) 

12-hour braised blade, horseradish mash, pan fried cabbage, bourguignon and crispy onions.

Venison Burger

8oz chargrilled venison burger, blue cheese coleslaw, poached pear, onion jam, brioche bun and fries 

Hake (GF) 

Clams, cider cream sauce, samphire, fondant potato, dill oil

Pork Belly

Confit pork belly, onion puree, braised carrot, slow cooked Iberico pork cheek, red wine jus

Pan Roasted Chicken (GFA)
