STARTERS

Pumpkin Soup (V)

Roast chestnut and pumpkin soup, crispy sage, brown mini loaf and slated butter

Steak Tartaré

Classic steak tartaré, quail egg, truffle aioli, crostini and celery salt

Sweetbreads

Crispy sweetbreads, potato and bone marrow risotto, broad beans, sage and red wine jus

G​ravadlax

Vodka and beetroot cured Scottish salmon, dill lemon and vodka yoghurt, crostini's and micro herbs

 

MAINS

Roast Turkey 

A ballotine of turkey, wrapped in pancetta and stuffed with pork apricot and sage, served with all the trimmings

Daub of Beef 

Slow cooked beef cheek, a rich stout and red wine sauce, horseradish dumplings, baby vegetables and pancetta

Seabass

Shellfish bouillabaisse, roasted seabass, clams, mussels, prawns, saffron potatoes and spinach served with chargrilled focaccia and rouille

Risotto (V) 

Pumpkin, sage and chestnut risotto, served with parmesan crisps and leaves and shoots
