Warm open beetroot and goat cheese tart, goats curd, chives, roasted hazelnuts, parmesan tuille, served with a hazelnut and basil pesto.

Oriental Beef Salad

Crispy beef, Chinese leaf, cashew nuts, Asian dressing, sesame, coriander and crispy vermicelli noodles.

Confit Salmon

Confit minute salmon pave, cherry tomatoes, crab and avocado served with burre blank.

Melon and Parma Ham Salad

Cantaleoupe, honey dew, galia, gagalia and water melon salad, parma ham, micro basil and herb oil
Mains

Beef cheek

12hr braised beef cheek, Ox tail cottage pie, carrot and star anise puree served with char grilled baby vegetables and braising liquor.

Ballontine Turkey

Roast stuffed ballontine of turkey, sage, apricot and sausage meat stuffing, duck fat rossties, chestnut savoy cabbage, honey roast carrots and parsnips, pigs in blankets, bread sauce and gibblet gravy.

Sea Bass

Pan fried fillet of sea bass, cray fish risotto, wild rocket and basil oil.

Massamam Beef Curry

Slow cooked beef in a Thai spiced peanut sauce, sticky jasmine rice.

Pumpkin, Chestnut and Sage Ravioli

Homemade ravioli, burnt sage and pine nut butter.

Pork chop

Gloucester old spot pork chop, hassleback potato, baby veg, bone marrow and truffle croquettes, crispy chicken skin and jus.
